Project Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)
Role DescriptionSupport project teams by collecting, managing, and analyzing data to improve project planning, execution, and overall performance. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide stakeholders with clear insights into project status, timelines, resource utilization, and key performance indicators. Monitor project metrics, identify trends, assess risks, and recommend opportunities for process and operational improvements. Assist with forecasting, performance tracking, data validation, and reporting activities to ensure information accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the successful delivery of project objectives and business outcomes.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis methodologies. Familiarity with data visualization platforms, database concepts, and statistical techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of project performance measurement, forecasting, business reporting, and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
