Program Aides are needed to join our team for the 2025-2026 WFC Before & After School Programs located at Nathan Hale, Casimir Pulaski, and Hanover elementary schools.
We are seeking Program Aides to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. WFC's Before & After School Programs are located at Nathan Hale, Casimir Pulaski, and Hanover elementary schools.
Responsibilities include assisting teachers in day-to-day activities, engaging children in enrichment activities, providing homework assistance, and ensuring children’s safety at all times.
Site Assistants should have some experience and a genuine passion for working with young children in grades K-5.
Program runs the school calendar year Aug 2026 - June 2027. Position tentatively begins 8/17/2026.
Work schedule: 25 hours per week
- Monday through Friday: 6:45am - 8:45am
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
- Thursday: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
- Friday: 3:00pm - 5:30pm

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with elementary school aged children.
- Positive outlook required.
- Bilingual is a plus.
