What You’ll Do
- Write and optimize performance-critical C across our low-latency systems, from order execution to market connectivity
- Profile, benchmark, and systematically eliminate bottlenecks at every level of the system
- Collaborate directly with quants and traders to understand performance requirements and translate them into clean, efficient code
- Own components end-to-end from implementation through testing and production deployment
- Continuously refine your understanding of modern C and apply it to hard, real-world problems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 2 years of professional C experience with a genuine focus on performance and correctness
- Strong command of modern C (C 17/20), including concurrency, memory management, and the STL
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and low-level system behavior (Linux or Windows)
- Someone who takes ownership, thinks carefully about trade-offs, and takes pride in the quality of their code
- Most importantly: someone who wants to go deep, not broad

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
