Job Summary
Keep production running in a safe, quality driven and efficient manner. Supervise performance & safety of operators, and material handlers. Morning Shift hours are Monday Thru Friday 3pm - 11pm
Duties
- Plant safety & Housekeeping
- Product Quality
- Ensure Co-Workers understand their job duties.
- Meet production targets
- Verify part counts
- Verify & record part quality
- Initiate immediate action to correct out of spec parts.
- Organize and complete all paperwork for each job.
- Review other documentation with other Supervisors.
- Provide backup assistance as required.
- Report machine issues.
- Relieve Co-Workers during scheduled breaks.
- Be prepared to work alternate shifts in the event of a Co-Worker call off.
Experience
- Good Verbal, Written and civil communications with Operations Manager & Maintenance.
- Treat Co-Workers with respect & fairness.
- General technical knowledge of equipment.
- Able to read and understand instructions, control plans.
