- Oversee and coordinate occupied renovation projects, ensuring safety, communication, and minimal disruption.
- Prepare, review, and submit required documentation, reports, and compliance materials accurately and on time.
- Maintain detailed project records and ensure adherence to all regulatory, funding, and reporting standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting, ensuring timely updates and transparency.
- Identify and resolve design, construction, and scheduling issues as they arise.
- Engage in business development by supporting proposals, presentations, and client relationship building.
- Travel frequently to projects throughout Michigan (typically 1-1.5 hours from Grand Rapids but can be further project dependent).
- Coordinate with owners, developers, inspectors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Utilize project management and reporting tools to track progress and ensure accuracy.
