Compensation:
$85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of system requirements and enhancements.
- Lead the translation of business requirements into technical documentation.
- Create and maintain complex documentation for system functionality.
- Oversee and conduct user and system testing with general supervision.
- Develop advanced user manuals and training programs.
- Manage database maintenance and updates independently.
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules and milestones.
- Provide expert-level system troubleshooting and user support.
- Analyze feedback and data to suggest and implement process changes.
- Deliver detailed presentations and reports to senior stakeholders.
- 5 years experience in a systems analyst role working with customer facing platforms
- Analytical Skills: Advanced skills in comprehensive requirements and system analysis. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman is required.
- Communication Skills: Advanced skills in stakeholder communications.
- Documentation: Mastery in creating and maintaining complex technical documents.
- Project Management: Competent in managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Problem-Solving: High-level troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Technical Understanding: Extensive understanding of diverse system architectures.
- Collaboration: Strong team collaboration and leadership in coordination.
