- Maintain and update databases accurately.

- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for system-related issues.
- Capture and analyze feedback to recommend process upgrades.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
