Rental Administrator

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to person for customers and internal teams in need of rental equipment.

• Handle phone inquiries and match customers with the right material handling and construction equipment.

• Track equipment availability and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery.

• Work with outside freight carriers and vendors for re-rentals and out-of-state shipments.

• Prepare and follow up on rental quotes, invoices, and contracts.

• Oversee the check-in/check-out process of rental equipment, ensuring everything is returned in good condition.

• Partner with our sales and service teams to guarantee top-tier customer satisfaction.

• Maintain rental equipment records and ensure all rentals are ready for the road.

• Assist the credit department with billing inquiries and long-term rental management.
