In this role you will work closely with the rest of the Equipment Team to manage parts inventory and ensure an appropriate stock of maintenance supplies.
The Day-to-Day
- Submit purchase requisitions for equipment components, assembly repair, spares, and consumables
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory, including participating in cycle counting processes
- Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, equipment spares and consumables
- Suggest min/max level based on consumption and vendor lead times
- Interact with vendors in all aspects of repair or cleaning cycles
- Retrieve and deliver kit components and boxes to and from the fabrication areas
- Experience in the semiconductor industry and wafer processing equipment.
- Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment in fabrication
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours at a time and wear full clean room attire
- Lifts heavy items (within OSHA guidelines) and will operate a pallet jack and may require certification on a forklift
