The Role
We’re hiring a TikTok Growth & Live Commerce Specialist to lead and scale our TikTok presence, with a heavy focus on TikTok Live operations, affiliate expansion, and TikTok Shop/Seller Central management.
This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be responsible for building systems, managing people, and driving revenue through TikTok.
What You’ll Do
TikTok Live Oversight
- Manage and oversee TikTok Live staff (hosts, moderators, schedulers)
- Optimize live show performance (conversion, engagement, retention)
- Develop scripts, offers, and live selling strategies
- Track KPIs and continuously improve performance
Affiliate Program Growth
- Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates at scale
- Build relationships with creators and incentivize performance
- Create systems for tracking affiliate sales and payouts
- Identify high-performing creators and double down on winners
TikTok Shop / Seller Central Management
- Own and manage TikTok Seller Central operations
- Ensure product listings are optimized for conversion
- Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and product launches
- Troubleshoot platform issues and maintain account health
Content & Strategy
- Work with the content team to align TikTok strategy with brand goals
- Identify trends and turn them into revenue-driving content ideas
- Test, analyze, and iterate quicklyÂ
