Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position as an E-commerce Warehouse Manager at WOLFpak in Costa Mesa, CA. The Warehouse Manager will oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely order fulfillment for our growing e-commerce platform. Responsibilities include supervising and training warehouse staff, managing inventory, overseeing shipping logistics, and maintaining safety standards. Experience with Shopify is essential for managing online order processing, inventory syncing, and integrating warehouse processes with our e-commerce platform.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in warehouse management, preferably within e-commerce
- Proven leadership and team supervisory skills, including staff training and motivating personnel
- Extensive hands-on experience with Shopify platform, including order management, inventory syncing, and app integrations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment workflows
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Deep understanding of shipping carriers, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Ability to develop, implement, and enforce warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills for training, coordination, and reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail in order accuracy and inventory control
- Past experience managing warehouse teams in retail or e-commerce environments is required
