Safety and Compliance Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety and Compliance Manager to lead our safety oversight and ensure adherence to regulatory standards across all operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote a strong safety culture within WolfPack, while managing compliance with government agencies, customers, and insurance requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. This role will be based out of our Fulshear corporate office and will require travel to our various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Safety function across all operational sites and activities
- Maintain and promote a safety culture and awareness among all team members
- Ensure field-level safety compliance, including the use of PPE for specific tasks
- Conduct and facilitate safety meetings and communications
- Ensure customer job site safety compliance
- Report and document safety incidents accurately and promptly
- Manage compliance and reporting obligations to government agencies and customers
- Oversee vendor vetting processes through systems used by customers
- Conduct MSA reviews and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Manage OSHA and Worker’s Compensation case reporting, mitigation, and follow-up
- Track and ensure compliance with Water Filtration and Sewer Recycling reporting requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- College Degree or equivalent work experience in safety or related fields
- Proven experience with DOT regulations and safety management
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and Worker’s Compensation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and apply safety regulations and standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple compliance reporting systems effectively
- Willingness to be trained and embrace the WolfPack culture, values and safety protocols
