Job Description
Wolfpack Protective Services is seeking professional and reliable Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring activities, and enforcing site-specific rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned property
- Monitor premises for suspicious activity, hazards, or security breaches
- Enforce client policies, post orders, and safety procedures
- Write detailed Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and incident reports
- Control access by verifying identification and managing visitor logs
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, trespassing, or vandalism
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members
Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)
- Valid Guard Card (BSIS-issued)
- Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record preferred)
- Valid Work Permit / Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong English communication and report-writing skills
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior security experience (construction, retail, residential, or event security)
- Experience with patrol apps (e.g., GuardOwl, TrackTik, Silvertrac)
- Ability to handle high-pressure or emergency situations professionally
