Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet organizational goals
- Develop, execute, and refine strategic plans to optimize business performance and drive growth
- Oversee profit and loss responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are achieved through effective cost management and revenue enhancement
- Supervise daily operational activities, including process improvements, resource allocation, and workflow management
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
- Manage production from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to assess operational health and implement corrective actions as needed
- Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and mentorship of team members
