We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Parts Shuttle Driver is an Internal position and is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parts and service materials to our Service Department, located just a few blocks away. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our Service Team receives the highest quality service and support so they can in-turn support our Service Customers.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Parts Shuttle Driver is an Internal position and is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parts and service materials to our Service Department, located just a few blocks away. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our Service Team receives the highest quality service and support so they can in-turn support our Service Customers.
Responsibilities:
- Pick Service Department Orders in the warehouse
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver parts, equipment, and materials
- Verify accuracy of orders before delivery and obtain signatures upon receipt
- Safely load and unload parts while ensuring proper handling to prevent injury and damage
- Pickup returns
- Maintain required documentation
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during all interactions
- Inspect delivery vehicle daily to ensure safe operating condition
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work such as bending, carrying, and loading
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or automotive parts preferred but not required
