What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute dishes to Wolfgang Puck’s exacting standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and station guidelines efficiently and accurately
- Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and the executive chef
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years' experience as a line cook in a fine dining environment
- High-volume experience
- Good understanding of cooking methods (roasting, braising, searing, poaching, frying, etc.).
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Attention to detail (in plating, measurements, portion control).
- Cleanliness / hygiene and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to follow direction / recipes / prep lists precisely.
- Strong communication skills, and an ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
- A passion for food, learning, and the Wolfgang Puck philosophy of hospitality
