This position oversees large-scale food production supporting high-profile events and corporate accounts, ensuring every dish is executed with precision, consistency, and care.The Production Manager leads daily production planning and execution, guiding a skilled culinary team while upholding Wolfgang Puck Catering’s standards for quality, food safety, and operational excellence.
