Cafe Manager

Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a Café Manager to lead daily café operations at Crystal Bridges, while also supporting additional venue locations as needed. This role centers on creating a welcoming guest experience, fostering a collaborative team environment, and delivering consistently high-quality food and service.

The Café Manager plays an important role in shaping the guest journey, balancing operational excellence with creativity and responsiveness. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple environments, building strong teams, and contributing to a dynamic culinary program within a cultural setting

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day café operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and engaging guest experience
• Partner with culinary, operations, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality food and service standards
• Lead, coach, and support team members to build an inclusive, positive workplace culture
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance development to meet business needs
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and product quality to maintain consistency and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Collaborate across venues, stepping in to support events or additional locations as needed
• Seek opportunities to enhance service flow, guest engagement, and operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations (lead or supervisory experience is helpful)
• A supportive and approachable leadership style, with strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt and stay organized while balancing multiple priorities or locations
• Interest in food, hospitality, and creating meaningful guest experiences
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail in both service and operational execution
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate across teams
• Experience supporting multi-unit or multi-venue operations
• Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling systems
• Understanding of food safety standards and best practices
