Bartender

Join the iconic Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, located inside the MGM Grand in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. We’re seeking a skilled, personable, and passionate Bartender to bring energy, expertise, and top-tier hospitality to our vibrant and high-volume bar program.

Inspired by the relaxed, approachable feel of a classic bar and grill—but elevated with Chef Wolfgang Puck’s signature flair—this concept combines bold, seasonal dishes with an inventive beverage menu and exceptional guest service.

Position Summary:
As a Bartender, you’ll craft premium cocktails, pour wines and beers, and engage guests with warm, attentive service. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in mixology, thrives under pressure, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and speed

• Engage guests with genuine hospitality and knowledgeable recommendations

• Maintain a clean and organized bar, including prep, restocking, and bar setup

• Follow all recipes, portion controls, and beverage presentation standards

• Accurately handle payments and operate POS system

• Adhere to all state and company alcohol service laws and safety protocols

• Work collaboratively with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining environment

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine

• Exceptional guest service and communication skills

• Able to multitask and remain composed under pressure

• Must have or be able to obtain a valid food handler and alcohol awareness certification

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
