Wolfgang Confectioners is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to help our talented team and ensure our equipment and building systems are running efficiently, safely, and up to our high-quality standards. This role is critical in supporting our company’s growth objectives while achieving plant production, quality, and cost goals and fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of equipment during production to help minimize downtime while adhering to company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts. Test and adjust for optimal performance.
- Oversee and assist outside vendors.
- Understand functions and performance levels of production and packaging equipment.
- Make recommendations to improve or modify existing process to prevent production delays and increase production efficiency.
- Assist with Operations training.
- Monitor and inventory various supplies, parts, and maintenance equipment.
- Work directly with Supervisors, Leads, and Operators to maintain safe and quality foods.
- Strict adherence to all Food Safety and Quality programs and policies.
