Wölffer Estate Vineyard, an award-winning winery in the heart of the Hamptons, is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team! If you have a passion for hospitality, love providing top-notch customer service, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Voice of Wölffer – Handle high-volume calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Provide Exceptional Service – Educate customers about our wines, assist with orders, reservations, and experiences.
- Process Orders & Shipments – Provide support during quarterly wine club shipments.
- Stay Organized – Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.
- Be a Team Player – Support the Customer Experience Manager and collaborate with various departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel, reservation, and point-of-sale software
- A self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills
- Passion for providing a premium guest experience
Schedule & Compensation:
April - September: Full-time (40 hours/week)
October and beyond: potential part-time hours through winter
$20-$22 per hour
