HOUSEKEEPER JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Housekeeper

Status: Hourly

Immediate Supervisor: Guest Services Manager

Under Direction. The Housekeeping personnel will assist our clients with their housing needs to include moving and setting up of furniture, cleaning and inventory of leased housing. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties--

• Maintains warehouse and on-hand supplies.
• Coordinate and perform the cleaning of occupied and unoccupied apartments.
• Assists in set-up of furniture and housewares in leased unit.
• Completes initial inventory of furniture and housewares.
• Stocks applicable supplies in unit.

• Perform carpet, furniture and upholstery cleaning with company equipment.

• As required completes the laundry for the units.

• Perform apartment turnover cleanings as directed.
• Perform Quality Control inspections.
• Comply with and complete client services requests.
• Work directly with Reservations Management and Office Management to ensure efficient use operations resources.
• Places key packets and lockboxes on rent ready units.
• Answers guest questions.
• Breakdown units as required and perform final walkthrough.
• Able to drive company vehicle for work.

Employment Standards Education Required -- No specific education is required.

Experience Required --

• Preferred years of experience working in a cleaning position.

Abilities Required -- The ability to read and comprehend written deliver and set-up instructions.

• The ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• The ability to interact in a professional manner with clients, co-workers and supervisors.

Physical Required --

• Must be able to drive a car to work.
• Must be able to climb several flights of stairs while carrying laundry or supplies weighing up to 50#. Must be able to bend, squat, climb and twist body frequently.

Licenses Required -- A current drivers license and proof of current insurance.

Travel Required -- This position requires you to drive throughout Spokane. Occasional overnight stays may be required. Occasional trips to Boise may be required.
