Warehouse Administration/Receiving Office – Medina, OH
Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to add to our growing team at our Medina location.
Work Week & Hours: 9:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m., 5 days a week, No weekends
Pay: $17 plus quarterly bonuses: accuracy, safety & performance

Duties:
- Work with the AP Dashboard to ensure proper billing and reconciliation of purchase orders.
- Verify receipt of purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing, receiving, and shipment discrepancies.
- Work closely with Purchasing Agents to correct PO errors and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform inventory corrections and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate material discrepancies, shortages, overages, and receiving issues.
- Conduct quality control checks on inbound material and receiving dock processes.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and data entry related to receiving operations.
- Support communication between Receiving, Purchasing, AP, and Operations teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Office support for warehouse and/or distribution operation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Will require PIT certification (we will provide)
- Experience with inventory control, receiving, purchasing, or administrative functions preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
