In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and maintaining vehicles to ensure they look impeccable and meet our standards. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in car detailing while working in a slower paced environment. This is a new location so we are looking for someone to detail around 3-10 cars a week for a dealership.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive car washes using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure a spotless finish.
• Detail vehicles inside and out, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, polishing, and waxing to restore vehicle appearance.
• Conduct buffing and polishing procedures to enhance paint finish and remove minor scratches or imperfections.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards and efficiency.
• Assist with basic janitorial duties like trash removal and surface cleaning to support overall shop cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Experience with car wash techniques, detailing processes is encouraged but not required. Training is available.
• Ability to operate various detailing tools such as buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and cleaning supplies safely.
• Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and procedures for both interior and exterior care.
• Basic driving skills for moving vehicles safely within the shop area when necessary.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in every vehicle you handle.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $200.00 per week
