The experience we need :

  • 5 years of management experience.
  • Experience managing 10 direct reports.
  • Previous experience as a call center manager is a plus, but not required!
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan.

  • What you will do :

  • Ensure a full call board; we take care of as many customers as we can on a daily basis while keeping our technicians as productive and effective as possible.
  • Adhere to internal processes and scripting that demonstrates our company culture, our values, and the caliber of service we expect to provide to every customer.
  • Act as a player / coach; must be willing to do the core job along side of your team at regular intervals, but do so while leading and guiding those who report to you in the call center.
  • Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
