Responsibilities :
You will drive sales goals for our HVAC home service and replacement business.
Key Sub Tasks
Work closely with Organizational Leaders to achieve and set sales goals.
Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals.
Be a touchpoint for our customer base.
Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
Mentor and develop the inside sales team and sales coordinator to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
Training sales and technicians as necessary.
Build sales employee evaluations and perform 1 on 1's.
Review job costing on all projects and implement necessary changes to meet and exceed gross margin goals.
Engage in processes to ensure that the production board remains full throughout each season
Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
Requirements
Must have strong selling skills (experience in transactional selling, in home sales, or direct to homeowner / consumer sales is a plus).
Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
