Join us at Wolfeboro Bay Center, where we are creating a vibrant, resident-centered community under new ownership. We are currently seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Aide to support the planning and delivery of meaningful recreational programs that enhance the lives of our residents.

Activities Aide Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and leading group and individual activities
• Encourage resident participation and engagement
• Help set up and clean up activity areas
• Work closely with the Activities Director and care team to support emotional and social well-being
• Accompany residents on outings and special events

Activities Aide Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a long-term care or senior living setting preferred
• Creative, outgoing, and dependable
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be kind, patient, and enjoy working with older adults
