Position: Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA)
Location: Wolfeboro Bay Center, 39 Clipper Dr, Wolfeboro, NH 03894
Sign On Bonus - $2,000
Salary; Upto $38.40 an Hour, based on Shift and Experience
Available Shifts:
- Per Diem Day Shift; 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M
- Per Diem Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M
- Per Diem Night Shift; 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M
- Full Time Weekends

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid MNA certification in New Hampshire.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
