Our firm is hiring a Claims Analyst to join our No Surprises Act team. You'll work directly with attorneys and hospital clients to manage out-of-network insurance payment disputes from open negotiation through independent dispute resolution proceedings. You will have a real hand in how we pursue and track recovery for our clients.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role where your contributions will be visible, valued, and lasting.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
-> Pulling and managing claims data from hospital client systems and Salesforce
-> Preparing and submitting open negotiation notices and IDR submission packages
-> Tracking and enforcing strict regulatory deadlines across a high-volume caseload
-> Coordinating with hospital billing teams to gather records and documentation
-> Running reports and flagging discrepancies to support attorney review

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excel proficiency and comfort working with large data sets
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines
No prior experience needed, we will train the right candidate
Nice to Have: Familiarity with health insurance billing (EOBs, CPT/HCPCS codes, revenue cycle), Salesforce experience, or exposure to the No Surprises Act
