Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC-R Field Service Technician based in Campbell, CA. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC-R systems, including preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. The technician will work on a variety of systems such as DDC controls, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems, while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Accurate documentation and safety compliance during all tasks are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance techniques for HVAC-R systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving system malfunctions
- Commitment to ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction through reliable and professional service
- Valid EPA certification and knowledge of environmental and safety standards
- Experience working with complex systems such as chillers, VRF, DDC controls, and compressed air equipment is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work in varying environments effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in HVAC-R is preferred
