Details
- Respond to initial customer contacts, create project files, develop and present ballpark quotes
- Schedule and make site visits for projects as they move into the appropriate stage of development
- Develop, deliver, and follow up on firm proposals to bring them to the contract stage
- Confirm contract specifications, order insurance certificates, and create, distribute, and modify contracts as needed
- Follow up on the sales process at all stages in a consistent, professional manner
- Respond to customer complaints, investigating and resolving conflicts
- Maintain vehicle & estimating supplies
- Assist with project management as needed
- Construction sales, estimation, or project management experience
- Clear driving record
