Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years recent experience in a professional office setting
- Thorough knowledge of Morgan County and the surrounding areas
- Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
- Impeccable integrity with a spotless background check
- Excellent computer skills, to include Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe
- Pleasant telephone and face-to-face demeanor
- Quick learner for industry-specific software programs for billing, fleet tracking, etc.
- Very good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate bookkeeping skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone system, scanners, and copiers
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and business information
- Daily interaction with customers, vendors and drivers
- Answering telephone, open, sort and distribute incoming mail and e-mails
- Set up new clients, process payments daily to include electronic charges
- Plan, organize and dispatch roll off services, deliveries and removals
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, mailing and filing
- Maintain accounts receivables including late notices/pre-collection letters
- Reconcile monthly statements to specific receipts
- Track mileage and fuel records for Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance
- Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, letters and financial statements
- Post charges to customer from route sheets and add/remove necessary route notes daily and maintain roll off and delivery/removal board
