DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Artist Hospitality: organize, document, and purchase food and beverage inventory, set up and break down dressing rooms daily, and ensure a clean and inviting space for artists throughout the season.
- Box Office: sell tickets, answer patron questions, run ticket reports, and keep Will Call and Group Sales tickets organized for day-of pickup.
- Artist Merchandise: organize and count in and out artist inventory, set up and break down selling area daily, complete sales transactions using Toast software, and reconcile sales and run sales reports.
- Attend and present pertinent information at weekly production meetings.
- Provide support for auxiliary activities such as Artist Workshops, Stay & Play, and onsite mascot (Wolfie) appearances.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
