What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Customer Business Planning - CPG position at Wolf Search Solutions?
A game-changing opportunity to lead the next stage of growth for a privately held, entrepreneurial beverage platform, home to a portfolio of iconic, category-leading brands that remain meaningfully underindexed relative to their potential. Backed by a unique ownership structure, a privately held, globally diversified strategic owner paired with a disciplined private equity investor. The company is making significant, meaningful investment in capabilities, systems, and talent to contemporize and modernize for what comes next.
This role is 100% about elevating how the business shows up with its customers: transforming a legacy, transactional approach to customer and commercial planning into a modern, insight-driven partnership with sales leadership, becoming the indispensable, go-to resource rather than the historical gatekeeper.
If you have built your craft inside a scaled, branded CPG organization, sharpening your instincts in trade, pricing, and customer planning at real volume, and are ready to bring that discipline to a platform where your fingerprints will be on the outcome, this is your moment.
What you bring:
- CPG experience is a MUST
- Expertise built inside a scaled, branded consumer organization, with channel versatility
- Strong sales planning, pricing strategy, financial analysis, trade spend discipline, and customer value creation experience
- Hands-on data analysis experience with TPM, ERP, and syndicated POS data sources such as Circana/IRI and Power BI
- The ability to bring the business story to life through data, not just report it
- Executive presence and polish, comfortable shaping the narrative in rooms with the largest national retail accounts
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Critical experience having built and scaled a function, team, or capability
This role calls for a strategic operator who leads with insight and drives impact, not someone content to administer a process or run the numbers. A consequential, build-and-transform opportunity for someone ready to make their mark.
