Duties
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Workday.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture and understand organizational policies.
- Administer benefits programs and manage benefits enrollment, utilizing systems like ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro to ensure accurate data entry and employee support.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities, supporting managers with goal setting, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and tact, applying conflict management techniques to resolve workplace concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment & labor laws such as FMLA, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Support HRIS data collection, workforce management analytics, and reporting to inform strategic planning initiatives like organization design and succession planning.
- Assist with project management efforts related to HR initiatives including change management strategies and training & development programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or related fields with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft for data entry, reporting, and HRIS management.
- Knowledge of employment law including FMLA, workers' compensation policies, OSHA standards, and labor relations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools; experience with ATS like Taleo or iCIMS is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills for contracts administration, data collection, social media management related to employer branding, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
