Position Overview:
Wolf Pack Sports Foundation is seeking a creative, organized, and sports-minded Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to help grow our online presence and engage with athletes, families, fans, and the local community. This role is responsible for capturing and creating content, and helping build the Wolf Pack Sports Foundation brand through digital storytelling. The Wolf Pack Sports Foundation includes Cheer Athletics Omaha, Dance Athletics Omaha, Stunt Athletics, Supernovas Hype Squad, and AEF Basketball Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capturing content at games, practices, competitions, community events, etc.
- Editing photos and short form videos
- Creating graphics using Canva
- Assist in campaign roll outs
- Collaborate with coaches, staff, and leadership on marketing campaigns and announcements
- Stay current on social media trends, sports marketing ideas, and platform updates
Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business, sports team, school, or organization
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Passion for youth sports, athletics, and community engagement
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during sporting events when needed
- Self-motivated, dependable, and highly organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience with content creation
- Understanding of youth sports
- Marketing or communications background
Position Details:
- Part-time
- Some evening/weekend availability required
