Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services, LLC is a collaborative integrative healing agency. We are certified with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to provide outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment to children and families. Our staff is comprised of Therapists, Skill Builders, Behavior Specialists, Peer Support Specialists, Naturopathic Doctors, and Substance Abuse Specialists. We pride ourselves in truly meeting families where they are at, finding highly individualized approaches, working with families across multiple systems, and specializing in working with families with multiple cultural identities. Our team also has particular focus and experience in working with relation to attachment and trauma issues.

Clinical Supervisor Type: Contracted

Clinical Supervisor will provide oversight and mentorship to associate therapists on a regular basis by providing clinical consultation, direct clinical supervision, education, and documentation review.

Work Environment

  • Shared office space is available for use
  • Primarily office setting for direct supervision and consultation. Additional consultation and documentation review may be completed remotely

Education, Training, and Qualifications

  • Masters degree in mental health related field
  • Has held an active Oregon LCSW license for at least two years
  • Meets all the requirements of certified Oregon State licensed supervisor
  • Experience in trauma-informed care and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and behavioral management strategies
  • Strong overall professional communication and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and coding practices related to mental health services
  • Ability to self-manage to meet deadlines
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and professional boundaries
  • Proficiency in the delivery of culturally specific services strongly preferred
  • Proficient or show willingness to learn EHR, Google Suite, and other systems utilized

Job Duties

  • Maintain supervisory caseload of therapists, mutually agreed upon between supervisor and administrative team
  • Meet with each associate therapist at least twice per month. More consultation meetings can be decided upon between the supervisor and the associate
  • Review and sign off on associate’s clinical documentation and case notes in a timeline and consistent manner
  • Provide availability for questions and consultations as needed by the associate therapist
  • Participate in multidisciplinary consulting meetings
  • Maintain communication and coordination with therapeutic treatment team

Organizational Structure

  • All clinicians at Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services are independent contractors operating their own within our framework
  • Clinical supervisors will contract via agreement between Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services and their own private business that is registered with the state. They are autonomous and set their own schedules
  • Clinical supervisors will be credentialed under Wolf Pack’s insurance contracts, allowing their associate therapists to bill through their credentialed status with select insurance companies
  • Clinical supervisors may also contract with Wolf Pack to see their own clients through Wolf Pack’s framework, if they choose

What to Expect

  • The administrative team will work to provide full onboarding including setting you up to get credentialed with insurance companies. Hands on guidance and training with all systems and EHR’s needed to complete duties of position
  • All systems provided also include remote web access, providing for flexibility to complete paperwork reviews remotely
  • All marketing and referrals handled through administrative team. Wolf Pack is a visible agency in the community with a very consistent flow of referrals
  • Comprehensive billing and processing of all claims provided through administrative team. Team is skilled at obtaining reimbursement for claims and providing education and coaching around efficient billing
