Village Club Staff Member: Wolf Laurel Property Owners Association
Employment Type: Seasonal (May–October) | 20-30 hours per week
Reports To: POA Director and Seasonal Village Club Lead
Position Summary: The Village Club staff assists members, guests, and renters visiting the Community Center and Village Club amenities. This role combines customer service, light administrative support, facility upkeep & cleaning, and event assistance to ensure a welcoming, organized, and well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and service-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Member & Guest Services: Greet and assist members, renters, and guests; manage check-ins for amenity access. Conduct tours of the Community Center and grounds. Check in renters and issue cards for amenity access. Check access permissions and answer questions about amenities.
Administrative & Office Support: Maintain and replenish office supplies, refreshments, and visitor materials. Prepare and maintain sign-in sheets and folders for classes and activities. Prepare and maintain sign-in sheets and folders for rental program participants and their guests.
Facility Care & Daily Cleaning: Perform daily morning cleaning of the Community Center, including dusting, vacuuming, and tidying. Maintain cleanliness in high-use areas, including upstairs spaces, gallery area, and wellness program rooms. Clean under cabinets and shelving as needed to support a professional, welcoming environment.
Event & Operational Support: Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, equipment). Provide light lifting and general support during programs and peak activity periods. Support POA staff and Village Club team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
