Overview
We are hiring a Planner! Our Planning team plays an essential role in turning sold projects into clear, accurate instructions for production. Planners take project documents—including option sheets and floor plans—and use them to create production drawings in AutoCAD and detailed bills of materials.
Planners also create and maintain the master CAD files for each Wolf Industries model and help guide new models through the state modular building review and approval process. This position is an important link between Sales and Production, helping ensure every project is accurately documented and ready to build.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing sold project documents, including option sheets and floor plans
- Creating accurate production drawings using AutoCAD
- Preparing a complete bill of materials for each project
- Creating and maintaining master CAD files for each model
- Coordinating with the Sales team to clarify project selections and requirements
- Coordinating with Production to resolve questions and support the building process
- Reviewing projects for applicable building-code requirements
- Revising drawings following internal review and feedback
- Supporting the state modular building review and approval process for new models
- Organizing and maintaining accurate project documentation
Qualifications
Experience with AutoCAD, construction drawings, bills of materials, and building codes is preferred but not required. Training will be provided as needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and dependable. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, be able to manage detailed project information, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Certifications
There are no formal education or certification requirements for this position.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, in-office position. The role requires regular computer work and frequent use of AutoCAD and other project-related software.
Schedule
Work hours typically include 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This position is critical to maintaining project accuracy and keeping production moving efficiently. A successful Planner will take pride in producing clear, complete, and buildable project documents while working closely with the Sales and Production teams.
Compensation
$20–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
