Wolf Global combines litigation and trial experience with global investigations and crisis management experience to find and create solutions to complex, often unprecedented, situations and crises. Our matters are complex, international, high priority, and high exposure.
The Role
Wolf Global is seeking an experienced litigator capable of straddling the disputes, litigation, and arbitration practice of Wolf, P.A. and the investigations and intelligence practice of Wolf Global.
Responsibilities
No matter where you have worked before, this will be different. Rather than handling cases, you will use the law to solve problems, working on cross-border, cross-cultural matters that involve:
- International private wealth and corporate disputes
- International litigation and arbitration
- Strategic and specialized investigations
- Strategic use of § 1782
- International asset tracing and asset recovery
You will work directly with firm leadership, integrating strategy, investigations, and litigation in a way that produces, not merely activity in cases, but results.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a lawyer with experience leading federal litigation and who preferably has tried cases to verdict.
Ideal experience includes most or all of the following:
- International litigation
- Litigation involving § 1782
- Asset tracing and asset recovery
- Matters involving sophisticated global assets, international counterparties, or high-net-worth private clients
Most importantly, we want someone whose litigation capabilities inspire confidence. Your writing should be excellent. Your presentation should be effective. Your judgment should be able to be trusted.
We are looking for someone who can handle a courtroom while leveraging our unique investigative and strategic strengths.
We are especially interested in:
- AmLaw 50/100 lawyers seeking meaningful work, greater autonomy, and an environment where they can excel
- Lawyers stepping out of BigLaw who want to handle significant international disputes
- Exceptional litigators capable of leading high priority, high exposure cases from start to finish
Compensation models, billing rates, and cost structures will be addressed once the candidate profile is narrowed.

Qualifications
- 5 years of litigation experience
- Experience in international disputes as described above
- Bar membership in New York, the District of Columbia, Florida, or Texas
- Admission to at least one federal district court
- A reputation for discretion, integrity, and effectiveness

Ideal candidates will be based in New York, Washington, D.C., Miami, Dallas, or Houston.
