The Role
Wolf Global is seeking an exceptionally experienced litigation attorney capable of straddling the disputes practice of Wolf, P.A. and the investigations consulting practice of Wolf Global.
Candidates may be considered for contract associate or of counsel roles, with the opportunity for full time permanent placement. More experienced candidates will be considered for more senior roles. All candidates will be given an opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
No matter where you have worked before, this will be different.
- Rather than handling cases, you will use the law, investigations, and strategy to resolve complex international situations
- You will investigate, build, and lead litigation, including cross-border high net worth disputes and related corporate disputes
- You will advise international private clients navigating sensitive, discreet, and complex matters
- You will work with local counsel in multiple jurisdictions
- You will conduct investigations in support of high priority, high exposure matters
Qualifications
Because of our work, you should have extensive litigation experience, exceptional writing skills, and be comfortable handling cross-border and cross-cultural matters. We are looking for:
- Significant experience litigating international high net worth disputes
- State and federal litigation experience
- Exceptional research, writing, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience in an AmLaw 100 or top-tier litigation firm
- Admitted to the New York, District of Columbia, Florida, or Texas Bar
- Based in New York, Washington DC, Miami, Dallas, or Houston
