Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions efficiently using POS systems.(PassPort & NVR )
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and product offerings to effectively sell items.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and payment methods.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
