Lead Window Cleaning Technician

Wolf City Window Cleaning is a premium company serving Reno, Sparks, Carson City and Tahoe. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial window, solar panel and gutter cleaning.

We are looking for a Lead Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to help lead jobs while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Position Overview

As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for performing professional window cleaning services while helping manage job efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction on site.

This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude when working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Professional interior and exterior window cleaning
• Screen cleaning and track detailing
• Solar panel cleaning using purified water systems
• Gutter cleaning and maintenance
• Operating water-fed pole systems and professional equipment
• Ensuring quality control on job sites
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Maintaining clean, organized equipment and work vehicles
• Helping train or guide additional technicians as the company grows

Requirements

• Window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to safely work on ladders when required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
