Job Summary

Our office is looking for a positive, upbeat, punctual, motivated and professional team player who can be an all-star for all aspects of the practice. The exceptional candidate must have good organization and time management skills, be able to multitask with great communication skills and willingness to learn.
Duties Include, but are not limited to the following (will train):
- Perform initial and update patient histories
- Accurate, detailed chart documentation of treatments and modalities
- Implementing and instructing patients on exercises and spinal rehabilitation
- Set up patients for laser therapy, red light therapy, and mechanical traction
- Handling referrals, record requests and pre-authorizations.
- Order supplies/maintain inventory
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain equipment
- Support the doctor and team with patient flow
Qualifications
- Interest in alternative healthcare, rehab or exercise programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to confidently guide patients through exercises
- Detail-orientated and comfortable with documentation
- Must have basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Experience in PT, Chiropractic or Medical setting is a plus (training is provided)
No chiropractic or therapy experience? No problem---we will train the right person with the right attitude.

HOURS: MUST be able to work these days and hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:30 - 6:30. Tuesdays 7:30 - 2:30.
Salary : $18 - $25
