Duties
- Safely maneuver vehicles within the dealership lot using manual transmission or automatic vehicles, including parking and retrieving cars for customers or staff
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly guest services and answering basic questions about the lot or vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized lot by washing vehicles, checking for damages, and ensuring all vehicles are properly parked in designated areas
- Support delivery drivers by helping load or unload vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups
- Handle cash transactions related to vehicle sales or services with accuracy, including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth lot operations
- Keep accurate records of vehicle locations, sales, and customer interactions to support dealership processes
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Prior experience in dealership operations, retail sales, or as a delivery driver is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
