Duties
- Process all transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments, while maintaining basic math proficiency.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously, adhering to proper phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station to uphold food safety standards and a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as logging reservations, updating guest records, and supporting overall restaurant operations.
