The Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Box Office team in Wytheville, Virginia.
As a Box Office Associate, you’ll help guests reserve tickets, answer questions, assist with seating and special requests, process transactions, and serve as one of the first points of contact for thousands of patrons each year.
This position is ideal for someone who:
• Enjoys working with people
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is comfortable learning new technology
• Can stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
Previous hospitality, retail, customer service, administrative, or ticketing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
