What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Business Development Representative position at Woden?
Woden is recruiting for a Strategic Business Development Representative to drive our top-of-funnel by leveraging both personalized, one-to-one outbound activities and rapid engagement of our inbound opportunities.
The Strategic Business Development Representative is the engine of Woden’s growth. You'll work alongside our Marketing Lead to orchestrate our entire top-of-funnel, including designing and executing outbound campaigns, doing direct outreach to prospective clients, and engaging the 30-plus inbound leads Woden generates each week.
You'll connect qualified opportunities to our Chief Storyteller, and work alongside him to advance opportunities in the buying journey. The best fits for this role are hungry sellers that want to learn how to engage c-suite buyers with a high-ticket ($50k sale).
You should love traditional sales development such as dialing and direct contact. As our buyers' inboxes drown in AI slop, we want a seller who values direct engagement with the best opportunities, and wants to earn for engaging them and earn even more when they close.
About Woden
Brands with great products and committed teams fail to reach their goals when buyers don't understand their value. Woden helps companies win more best-fit buyers by crafting their StoryKernel, a strategic narrative that aligns their team, differentiates them from competitors, and pulls buyers towards them.
The StoryKernel is the most widely used B2B storytelling framework. Woden has been in business for over a decade. Our team is defined by collaboration; we promote and develop within as our company grows.
