The primary responsibilities include creating precise technical, engineering, and architectural drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams, ensuring drawings meet industry standards, and supporting the permitting process. Candidates will also manage documentation and updates to ensure project accuracy and compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing, Engineering Drawings, and Architectural Drawings
- Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) with a solid understanding of relevant tools
- Ability to produce detailed and accurate drawings with attention to technical specifications
- Familiarity with permitting processes and project documentation standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience working on engineering or construction projects is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Understanding of local building codes and regulations is advantageous
