Duties/Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining reports that provide meaningful insights into the status of development projects.
- Gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, including project management software, databases, and other data systems.
- Creating reports and dashboards that help stakeholders understand key performance indicators and other metrics related to development projects.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure that development requirements are met and that reports are accurate and relevant.
- Compiling milestone reports as projects progress through the development process for submission to local and state housing agencies.
- Developing and maintaining reporting templates, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality reporting.
- Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates and answer questions about the status of development projects.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to report data, including data accuracy, data completeness, and data consistency.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science or business.
- Background in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in creating and maintaining reports.
